ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2006 and is a close-knit team of five who take pride in helping our customers and supporting one another. I’m a third-generation State Farm agent, and the business has always been a part of my life. That legacy has shaped the way I run the office, with a strong focus on service, relationships, and long-term success.
Outside of the office, I love to travel and experience new places. I’m also heavily involved in the community and various charitable efforts, staying active and giving back whenever I can.
We offer a range of perks to support both work and life outside the office, including 15 days of PTO, a 3 p.m. close on Fridays, family-friendly flexibility, and free snacks. Our team also enjoys regular team-building events, outings, and big holiday parties. We provide a Simple IRA and health benefits as well.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kristen Kruger Boswell - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
